Refund Policy

Better You is sold under our See Your Data guarantee. Most refund requests are covered by it. This page lays out exactly what's refundable, what isn't, and how to claim, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The See Your Data guarantee

We make two refund commitments that no shelf supplement brand can match.

1. If your blood panel doesn't reveal an actionable deficiency We refund your kit in full. If we run your blood and find nothing meaningfully addressable, no suboptimal markers, no targets, no formula worth building, you get your money back. You keep your data either way.

2. If your 90-day retest doesn't show measurable improvement We refund the formulation cost of that cycle. If your numbers haven't moved and you don't feel a difference in energy, recovery, or sleep, we cover the formula. Your kit, lab work, and reports are yours to keep.

To claim under either condition, email conor@choosebetteryou.com within 30 days of receiving your report. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What's not refundable

Because Better You is a custom-formulated, perishable health product, some items can't be returned once dispatched. Specifically:

  • Used or opened sachets. Custom-compounded supplements can't be resold or reused.
  • Used or activated blood collection kits. Once a Tasso device is used, it's a biohazard and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

If your kit hasn't been opened or activated, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. We'll cover return shipping if the issue is on our end.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at conor@choosebetteryou.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll either replace the item or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancelling a subscription vs. requesting a refund

These are separate. Cancelling stops future cycles from being billed. Refunds reverse a payment you've already made. If you want to do both, cancel first via your dashboard, then email us about the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

How refunds are processed

Once a refund is approved, you're automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times vary, most refunds clear within 3–5 business days of approval, but it can take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement.
