Better You is sold as a 90-day subscription. This page explains how billing, renewal, and cancellation work, and how to make changes whenever you need to.
How your subscription works
When you join Better You, you sign up for a recurring 90-day cycle. Each cycle includes:
- Your at-home blood collection kit
- Lab analysis of 30+ biomarkers
- Your personalised biomarker report
- 90 days of custom AM and PM sachets
- Your next retest kit
You're billed once at the start of each cycle. Your payment details are stored securely with Shopify Payments. Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days unless you cancel.
Changing or cancelling your subscription
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time, from your member dashboard, in two clicks.
- No phone calls. No retention scripts. No cancellation gymnastics.
- No fees. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no lock-in contracts.
- No minimum term. Cancel after one cycle, or stay for ten.
Your order confirmation email contains a direct link to your dashboard. You can also access it any time by signing into your account.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You won't be billed for any future cycles after the date you cancel.
You keep access to:
- Any kits or reports you've already paid for
- All biomarker data and reports stored in your dashboard
- Any sachets that have already shipped or been compounded
Pausing instead of cancelling
If you don't want to cancel but need a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 90 days at a time directly from your dashboard. Your billing pauses with it, you won't be charged again until you resume.
Refunds
