SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

Better You is a personalised system. Your order is not picked and packed immediately like a standard product, it is prepared based on your biomarker data.

This means shipping occurs in two stages:

  1. At-home blood test kit delivery
  2. Personalised supplement delivery (after results are processed)

2. Blood Test Kit Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–=2 business days

Delivery Time (Australia)

  • Standard Express shipping: 1–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your kit has been dispatched.

3. Returning Your Blood Sample

After completing your test:

  • Follow the instructions included in your kit
  • Use the prepaid return packaging provided
  • Drop your sample at the designated postal service

Delays in returning your sample will delay your results and subsequent deliveries.

4. Results & Personalisation Timeline

Once your sample is received by the lab:

  • Analysis typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your personalised supplement plan is then created

You will be notified when your results are ready.

5. Personalised Supplement Shipping

Initial Delivery

  • Dispatched within 3–5 business days after your results are finalised
  • Delivery timeframe: 2–6 business days (Australia)

Ongoing Subscription Deliveries

  • Delivered quarterly
  • Automatically processed and shipped prior to your next billing cycle

6. Shipping Costs

  • Free express standard shipping on all Australian orders

7. International Shipping 

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

8. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery in real time.

9. Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • High demand periods
  • Incorrect shipping details provided
  • Delays in returning your blood sample

Better You is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

10. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

You may be required to pay a redelivery fee.

11. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate

12. Subscription Shipping Commitment

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Ongoing monthly shipments of your personalised supplements
  • Automatic dispatch aligned with your billing cycle

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
